Branding your workspace

Make Skyforge Deliver look like your studio. Branding applies everywhere — your admin pages, the galleries your customers see, and the login and sign-up screens — so the whole experience feels like your own site.

You’ll find these settings under Settings → Branding and Settings → App media. Only workspace admins can change them.

Logo, banner & favicon

Upload your images under Settings → App media. Accepted formats are PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF, up to 10 MB each.

AssetRecommended sizeWhere it shows
Logo400 × 100 px, PNG with transparencySidebar header and the login page
Banner1600 × 400 px (4:1)Hero area on customer-facing galleries and sign-up / login pages
Favicon64 × 64 px (or larger), square PNGBrowser tab icon

A transparent PNG logo looks best because it sits cleanly on any background color. For the banner, design to the 4:1 ratio — it renders in a fixed-shape container, so a 1600 × 400 image fills it without awkward cropping.

If you don’t upload a favicon, the browser tab falls back to your logo, and then to a default icon.

Colors

Set four colors as 6-digit hex values under Settings → Branding:

ColorWhat it controls
PrimaryButtons, links, active menu items, focus outlines
AccentTags, badges, and secondary buttons
BackgroundThe page background behind your content
CardForms, dialogs, the sidebar, and card surfaces

You only pick the color — the system automatically chooses readable (light or dark) text on top of each one, so your labels stay legible whatever palette you choose.

Fonts

Pick a font family and a base size:

  • Font family — choose from six curated options: Inter (default, modern and clean), Playfair Display (elegant), Montserrat (geometric and bold), Raleway (refined), Lato (friendly), or Cormorant Garamond (editorial and luxe).
  • Font sizeS (compact), M (default), or L (larger and more accessible). This scales the whole interface.

A few text touches round out your brand:

  • Tagline (up to 200 characters) — shown under your business name in the sidebar and on the login page.
  • Footer text (up to 500 characters) — appears at the bottom of every page; use it for a copyright line or legal notice.
  • Logo link — the web address that opens when someone clicks your sidebar logo (e.g. your main website).

How it’s saved

Each image preview appears as soon as you select it; click Upload to save it to your workspace. Color, font, and text changes save from the Branding page. Everything applies immediately across your admin pages, customer galleries, and login screens.

Brand images are stored separately from your shoot media, so they don’t count toward your plan’s storage — see Pricing & overages.

Watermarks are separate

Your watermark — the mark layered onto preview photos to protect them — is configured on its own, not here. See Watermarking.
