Managing your subscription

Everything about your Skyforge Deliver subscription lives in one place: Settings → Billing. There’s no separate billing portal and no Square login — you manage your plan, payment card, and billing history right inside your workspace.

This page is the click-by-click guide. For tier prices see Pricing & overages; for policy questions (renewals, failed payments, refunds) see the Account & billing FAQ.

Finding your billing settings

  1. Open Settings from the admin menu.
  2. Scroll to the Billing section (or use the direct link Settings → Billing).

At the top you’ll see your current plan, billing cycle, next renewal date, the card on file, and your account status. Any pending change (a scheduled downgrade or cancellation) is shown here too.

Monthly vs. annual billing

Every paid tier can be billed monthly or annually. Annual is billed once a year at a 15% discount versus paying month to month:

PlanMonthlyAnnual (per month)
Starter$19$16
Professional$39$33
Studio$69$59
Enterprise$119$99

You choose the cycle with the Monthly / Annual toggle in the Change plan window (below) — switching cycle and switching tier are the same action. How each switch is timed:

  • Monthly → annual applies immediately. Your unused monthly days are credited against the annual charge, and your renewal date resets to today.
  • Annual → monthly applies at your next renewal — no charge today, and you keep annual pricing until then.

Switching plans

  1. In Settings → Billing, click Change plan.
  2. Pick the tier you want and choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. You’ll see a preview before anything happens — the exact prorated amount (if any), the effective date, and any warnings (see Downgrade limits below).
  4. Confirm.

Upgrading (to a higher tier, or monthly → annual) takes effect right away. We charge a prorated amount for the rest of your current period on the card on file and email you a receipt — your renewal date is unchanged on an upgrade.

Downgrading (to a lower tier, or annual → monthly) is scheduled for your next renewal. There’s no charge now, and you keep your current plan’s limits until the change date. A scheduled downgrade shows as a banner in Billing — you can cancel the scheduled change anytime before it applies and stay on your current plan.

Downgrade limits

A lower tier has smaller caps (customers, team members, active shoots, storage). If you’d still be over the target plan’s limits at the downgrade date, the downgrade is held off rather than forced — you keep your current plan. The preview warns you up front, so you know to remove some customers, team members, or shoots first. (To free up customer slots, see how removing a customer works.)

Changing plans during your trial

While you’re in the 14-day trial, switching tier or cycle is free and immediate — there’s no proration. You’re simply billed for whatever plan you’ve selected when the trial converts. You can also hit Start paying now to convert early.

Updating your payment card

Your card is entered through Square’s secure card form, embedded right in the billing page — your card details never touch Skyforge’s servers.

  • Add or replace a card — click Add card / Update in Billing and enter the new details.
  • The card on file is what we charge for renewals, upgrades, and overages.

If a renewal ever fails, we retry your card automatically for a few days — just update it here and the next retry uses the new card. After repeated failures the workspace is suspended, and a Resolve now button here reactivates it. See the billing FAQ for the full timeline.

Viewing your billing history

The Billing section lists your recent billing events — charges, plan changes, and credits. We also email a receipt for every charge, so keep an eye on the inbox tied to your admin account.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. In Settings → Billing, click Cancel subscription (at the bottom of the section).
  2. Confirm in the dialog.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for — you keep full access until then, and there are no further charges. Cancellation shows as a pending banner until the end date.

Changed your mind? Click Reactivate from that banner any time before the end date and nothing changes — you stay on your current plan.

After cancellation takes effect, your workspace moves to a 30-day retention window where you can sign in to export your data before media is removed. Billing records are kept for tax purposes. Full details — including what happens to your galleries and whether you can return later — are in the billing FAQ.
